A Bit About Me
Hi! I'm Kristin.
I'm all about exploring nature and the outdoors—whether hiking, gardening, or speed walking through the forest. You'll often find me experimenting with delicious new recipes or nerding out over neuroscience and psychology podcasts. I'm playful, always taking a new course or training, and cherish quality time with friends and family. These experiences remind me that life, though sometimes complicated, is full of meaningful moments.
Life can get tricky, especially as a teen or young adult. School stress, complicated family dynamics, significant life changes—I understand these challenges firsthand. (Yep, even therapists need therapy sometimes!) It's incredibly courageous to seek support, and I deeply admire you for being here.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and neurodiversity-affirming space where you or your child can be authentically yourselves—no judgment. I love helping young people and families through tough moments, whether navigating identity, managing divorce, or simply figuring life out. My multicultural background adds an extra layer of empathy to my work.
If this feels like a good fit, I'd love to connect and hear your story.
