Trauma Processing Intensive & Self-Esteem Intensive available September 2025
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy.

You may have tried approaches that felt too rigid or not quite right.
Integrative therapy is about making sure the support you receive fits who you are, not the other way around.
What Is Integrative Therapy?
Integrative therapy blends techniques from different evidence-based models to match your unique goals, identity, and way of processing.
Rather than being limited to one method, we build a therapy experience around you.
I often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, and somatic practices.
What Integrative Therapy Can Help With:
-
Feeling stuck or emotionally overwhelmed
-
Anxiety, stress, or shutdowns
-
Trauma and complex PTSD
-
Identity exploration and life transitions
-
Perfectionism, self-esteem, and inner critics
-
Neurodivergent needs and support (e.g., ADHD, Autism)
-
Emotional regulation and boundaries
-
Grief, loss, and relational wounds
Why I Use an Integrative Approach:
-
You bring your whole self to therapy, your culture, neurotype, history, values, and hopes. An integrative approach honours that complexity. By blending modalities, we can shift strategies as needed, personalize our work together, and stay flexible without losing depth.

-
This is especially supportive for young adults, teens, and parents who may be navigating multiple pressures and layers of experience at once.
What to Expect in a Session:
Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and focused on what feels most important in the moment.
We might:
-
Explore internal parts or emotional patterns
-
Build regulation tools and coping strategies
-
Unpack relational dynamics or past experiences
-
Use creative or body-based practices when talk therapy isn’t enough
No two sessions are exactly the same, because you’re not the same person every day.
Is Integrative Therapy Right for Me?
If you want a therapy experience that adapts to you instead of asking you to adapt to it, integrative therapy might be the right fit.
It offers both structure and creativity, so we can meet you where you are, and help you move forward with clarity and support.
