I take an integrative, evidence-informed approach to trauma, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, trauma-focused CBT, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
Together, we’ll move at your pace, helping you build safety, connect with parts of yourself, and gently process what feels stuck.
