Online virtual therapy in Toronto

Support from the comfort of your own space.

Life doesn’t always make it easy to get to an office - but that doesn’t mean therapy has to wait.

Virtual therapy offers the same depth, care, and connection as in-person sessions, with the added flexibility of meeting wherever you feel most comfortable.

How Virtual Therapy Works

  • Sessions take place through a secure, encrypted video platform (Jane). You’ll receive a private link by email before each session - simply click to join from your phone, tablet, or computer.

  • All you need is a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection.

  • Virtual sessions are 50 minutes long and follow the same structure and confidentiality standards as in-person therapy.

Who Virtual Therapy Is For

Virtual therapy is a great option if you:

  • Prefer the comfort and privacy of your own home

  • Have a busy schedule or limited transportation

  • Are balancing school, work, or parenting

  • Live anywhere in Ontario and want to work with a therapist who understands your goals

I work with teens, young adults, and parents, supporting challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, trauma, and relationship patterns. Many clients tell me that meeting virtually helps them open up more easily - it feels safe and familiar.

Methods

How I Support You
I work collaboratively and gently to help you:

  • Identify and unblend from your inner critic

  • Reconnect with your values and inner strengths

  • Build self-compassion, self-advocacy, and emotional resilience

  • Explore what belonging means to you, not just fitting in

  • Support healing from identity-based trauma or invalidation

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour

Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and parts work, tailored to your unique needs and lived experience.

Let’s work together!

In-Person Therapy in Toronto, Ontario and virtual across Canada

I am a trauma therapist specializing in working with teens, young adults, and parents navigating the impact of painful experiences. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, I help you process what’s weighing you down, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and build the emotional clarity and connection you’ve been craving.
