Summer Therapy Intensives for Teens and Young Adults offer a focused, longer-format option for support during a season when there may be more space to slow down, reflect, and work more deeply. These sessions can be helpful for teens and young adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, school stress, identity questions, neurodiversity, or relationship challenges.
Available in person in Toronto and online across Ontario, summer intensives are designed for those who may want more support than weekly therapy alone can offer. This format creates space for deeper exploration, skill-building, and meaningful therapeutic work in a more concentrated way.

Trauma doesn’t just live in your memories, it lives in your body, your nervous system, and the stories you tell yourself about who you are. Whether you're a teen feeling overwhelmed and reactive, a young adult struggling with shutdown or anxiety, or a parent wanting to better support your child through the aftershocks of trauma, this intensive offers a space for healing, clarity, and connection.
Together, we’ll explore how trauma shapes the brain and body, and how to begin unlearning survival patterns that no longer serve you.

When you’ve spent years questioning your worth, overthinking every decision, or shape-shifting to fit in, it can become hard to know who you really are, let alone feel like you belong.
This intensive helps you reconnect with your values, explore the roots of self-doubt or people-pleasing, and begin building a more grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself. Whether you’re navigating perfectionism, identity, or a constant feeling of not being “enough,” we’ll create space for clarity, confidence, and self-trust to grow.

The teen years can be a time of intense change. Many teens are trying to figure out who they are while navigating friendships, school pressures, social expectations, and the growing need for independence.
When emotions feel overwhelming, or when your teen seems stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or conflict, it can be hard for them to make sense of what they are feeling or how to move forward.
This intensive offers teens a supportive space to slow down, understand what they are experiencing, and begin building confidence in themselves. Together, we’ll explore the pressures they are carrying and help them develop a stronger sense of identity, emotional awareness, and belonging.
