Trauma doesn’t just live in your memories, it lives in your body, your nervous system, and the stories you tell yourself about who you are. Whether you're a teen feeling overwhelmed and reactive, a young adult struggling with shutdown or anxiety, or a parent wanting to better support your child through the aftershocks of trauma, this intensive offers a space for healing, clarity, and connection.
Together, we’ll explore how trauma shapes the brain and body, and how to begin unlearning survival patterns that no longer serve you.

Struggles with self-worth and belonging are rarely just about confidence. They are often shaped by past experiences, cultural or family expectations, and the roles we learn to play in order to feel accepted.
You might feel caught between wanting to fit in and not knowing where you truly belong. Many young adults find themselves navigating identity questions, perfectionism, or patterns of people-pleasing while trying to figure out who they are and what matters most to them.
This therapy intensive offers a supportive space to slow down and explore what has shaped your sense of self. Together, we’ll look at the experiences and patterns that may be influencing how you see yourself and the choices you’re trying to make. You might be feeling unsure of your direction, questioning where you belong, or simply wanting a clearer understanding of who you are becoming.
Through this focused work, many young adults begin to feel more grounded in themselves, more confident in their voice, and clearer about what matters most to them.
