Trauma Processing Intensives & Self-Esteem Intensives available November 2025
Thinking about therapy but don’t want to wait months to feel relief, a Therapy Intensive might be the right fit.
Uninterrupted time to untangle what’s beneath the surface and reconnect with your inner clarity
Do You Find Yourself Wanting to Go Deeper… Just as the Session Ends?
You're not alone.
Many clients share that just as they begin to open up, the 50 minutes are up. It can feel like the very moment you’re ready to explore what really matters, the clock pulls you back.
That’s where intensives come in.
They offer extended, intentional time to get to the heart of things, without rushing, without holding back, and without losing momentum.
It’s like upgrading your mental software - with less buffering and more breakthroughs.
Is an Intensive Right for You?
You feel like you’re looping through the same patterns.
Weekly therapy hasn’t brought the shift you’re hoping for. You spend most of the session updating your therapist, and leave feeling like you barely scratched the surface.
You want to go deeper, without the wait.
You're in a tough season and need support now.
You’re craving focused time to really process.
Life is busy. Weekly therapy feels like just another item on the to-do list. An intensive lets you carve out time and space to slow down and actually do the work.
You’re new to therapy, and this approach just feels right. You don’t need to “warm up” with months of background work. You’re ready to start strong and explore meaningful change, right from the beginning.
You prefer depth over drip.
You want to make progress now, not in six months. An intensive helps you connect the dots quickly, while still moving at your own emotional pace.
IFS & Parts Work Intensives can help...
-
Childhood or developmental trauma that still shapes how you see yourself or relate to others
 -
Relational wounds from emotionally unavailable, inconsistent, or critical caregivers
 -
Burnout or emotional exhaustion, especially in students, young professionals, or helping roles
 -
Feelings of being “too much” or “not enough,” rooted in early shame, rejection, or identity invalidation
 -
Persistent anxiety, internal conflict, or overthinking that won’t quiet down
 -
Difficulties with boundaries, people-pleasing, or a harsh inner critic
 -
Low self-worth or perfectionism linked to unmet emotional needs or past invalidation
 -
Trauma responses to medical experiences, injury, or chronic pain
 -
Navigating transitions like moving out, beginning university or a new job, or entering adulthood
 -
Supporting self-trust and emotional regulation for those with complex PTSD or nervous system dysregulation
 -
Enhancing emotional clarity, self-leadership, and confidence, even if there's no single event that caused the struggle
 -
...and more

If you’re here, a part of you is ready.
Ready to slow down, to feel seen, and to start making sense of what’s been overwhelming or stuck.

What are the fees?
Personalized Integrative IFS & Parts work intensives begin with a half-day format (3 hours), which can offer meaningful progress in a single session. For deeper work, or for slower paced work, intensives can be extended across multiple days. We’ll talk through what feels right for you during the intake session.
Intensive sessions are typically billed at $270/hour, and may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health insurance plans.
Intensive Packages – start at $1,350 CAD
Includes:
-
1-hour intake session (booked prior to your intensive)
 -
3-hour trauma-focused intensive session
 -
1-hour post intensive consolidation session
 -
Pre and post session materials to support preparation and integration

This format is often enough for clients looking for a one-time deep dive. For others, a series of intensives may be recommended depending on the goals and what comes up in the work.
I offer Free Phone Consultations to discuss your needs and whether this format is right for you.
